AEW To Record Episodes Of Dark At Universal Studios Going Forward

Earlier this year Tony Khan stated that he had plans for AEW’s Dark to have it’s own home for tapings. We now appear to have an idea of what the company plans to do with the popular YouTube show going forward.

According to a report from Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men Wrestling Podcast, AEW will be recording episode of Dark in Orlando, Florida at Universal Studios. They will record the show at a sound stage similar to what TNA did for IMPACT Wrestling years ago.

“Hearing that the possible new home for AEW Dark will be in Universal Studios in Orlando at a Sound Stage similar to what IMPACT use to do.”

It was also confirmed by Dave Meltzer.

AEW will be taping Dark most of the time going forward at Universal Studios in Orlando, open to the public.
