On this past week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, fans saw a side of Drew Mcintyre that has not been seen in some time. Post-match against Shemus, Drew delivered a beat down that had many fans questioning if they had seen a heel turn.
According to Ringside News, they’ve asked around about what is going on with Drew McIntyre. Reports surfaced that he was making a move to SmackDown, but then we discovered that WWE didn’t have any concrete.
They have reported that a seasoned member of the creative team said that “all options are open” with Drew Mcintyre. This is said to include ” RAW, SmackDown, Heel, babyface.” It was also noted that ” Vince and Bruce may know,” but that information is being kept withheld.
Ringside is also reporting that the policy is still in a place where most Superstars can’t know about their own creative direction unless Bruce Prichard gives the green light to share. “It’s not an across-the-board mandate, but for the most part, yes,” a source stated to confirm the policy is still in place. It was not noted whether Drew McIntyre knows about his own creative future.
We will have to wait and see what’s in store for Drew in the future.
