On last week’s NXT UK the NXT UK audience were introduced to Charlie Dempsey via a video vignette. On last nights episode of NXT UK they ran a second vignette in which Dempsey explained his old school approach to wrestling, his world of Sport technical British Wrestling and how he wanted to bring it into the present. At the end of the video it was revealed that Dempsey would debut next week.
Charlie Dempsey is the real life son of WWE superstar and current NXT General Manager William Regal, Dempsey has already wrestled on NXT UK under his real name Bailey Mathews in match against Tyler Bate. Dempsey has plenty of promise to be a huge star, on top of his biological lineage Dempsey has had a chance to work with some of the best coaches in England as well spending time at the NJPW LA Dojo.
You can catch all the action from NXT UK every Thursday on the Peacock streaming service at 3pm EST and on the WWE Network at 8pm BST everywhere else.
