Last night on RAW the Superstar Shake-Up kicked off and hit the ground running. Tonight should be no different, as Vince McMahon is scheduled to appear and reveal the “biggest acquisition in SmackDown history.”
With speculation and rumors going around of who all WWE will move to SmackDown tonight, a potential clue might have been given last night on RAW.
On the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed last night RAW and the Superstar Shake-Up, and he mentioned that WWE could have been writing one of RAW’s top heels of the show.
The main event of RAW last night saw the team of Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and the newly drafted AJ Styles take on the team of Baron Corbin, Drew McIntyre, and Bobby Lashley. Meltzer discussed the match and stated that he thinks it seems as though WWE was writing Bobby Lashley off of RAW last night.
It’s doubtful that Bobby Lashley will be Vince’s big reveal, but he could still be moved to SmackDown tonight during the Superstar Shake-Up. This of course poses the question of what would happen to Lashley’s mouthpiece Lio Rush if he was drafted to SDLive, but regardless a fresh start could be a good thing for Bobby Lashley.
