Adam Cole’s contract with WWE expired in August. After leaving the WWE, it didn’t take long for Cole to find his way to AEW, debuting at All Out.
In his short amount of time in the company, Cole has already cemented himself as a mainstay in the company. He has appeared on TV every week since signing with the company.
While speaking on the Keepin It 100 podcast, Disco Inferno stated that he believes Adam Cole should turn babyface, and feud against Bryan Danielson, who recently turned heel.
“I believe Adam Cole would be a good babyface against the heel Bryan Danielson. That is a solid program. I do not think they have ever had a program, have they?”
As many hardcore wrestling fans already know , Danielson and Cole have faced off previously during their time in the WWE notably during their NXT Championship match at WWE Survivor Series 2019. With the way that AEW has catered to fans, Danielson vs Cole is bound to happen eventually.
