D’Lo Brown will not be returning to the IMPACT Wrestling Commentary team.
After receiving a beat down by Honor No More, D’Lo Brown was seemingly written off of IMPACT television. He was then replaced by Matt Rehwoldt, who joined Tom Hannifan behind the announcer’s desk.
Now we are finding out why he was written off. Mike Johnson at PWInsider reports that D’Lo Brown will not return to the IMPACT commentary team.
D’Lo Brown is a part of talent relations and works as a producer in IMPACT. With the company running live shows again and not doing post-production commentary, Brown reportedly wasn’t as available to handle his behind-the-scenes duties as he was on the commentary team. This decision will allow Brown to focus solely on his other responsibilities.
