Eddie Kingston Explains His Absence From DEFY Dark Horse

December 20, 2021

AEW star Eddie Kingston was scheduled to compete at DEFY Wrestling’s Dark Horse event against Schaff on December 18th, but unfortunately was unable to show up.

Kingston took to Twitter this morning and explain why he was not present at the event over the weekend.  Kingston noted that he was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID and decided it was best to take precaution. Kingston has since tested negative.

Kingston recently wrestled on the December 17 episode (taped on December 15) of AEW Rampage alongside The Lucha Bros, Santana and Ortiz in a losing effort to Daniel Garcia, The Acclaimed and 2.0.
