According to PWInsider, the majority priority over the weekend for Impact Wrestling was to lock top talent into new deals.
Management within the company sat down with Alberto El Patron and Eli Drake to discuss these new deals and may have met with other talents as well. It’s being said that the talks with El Patron & Drake went well and it’s believed that they both will be staying with the company. One source noted that locking Matt Sydal in was seen as a priority.
PWInsider didn’t elaborate if those deals were sealed but we will keep you updated if we receive any other information.
