Over the past few weeks, AEW President Tony Khan has been teasing some big news that would change the company.
Earlier today, it was reported by Andrew Zarian that sources were indicating that AEW may have reached a deal with HBO-Max.
During Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez noted that he has heard from those in WWE, that the belief is AEW landed a deal with HBO Max.
Internally in WWE that is what they believe the deal is, that there is a deal with HBO Max.
If AEW has in fact come to a deal with HBO-Max it would be a huge win for the company, as the streaming platform has around 45 million subscribers, including every AT&T customer getting it for free.
We will have to wait until tonight’s AEW Dynamite to officially get the news.
