WWE released Jeff Hardy in December after a controversial situation at a house show. Jeff Hardy is one of the most popular wrestlers of all-time and has won three World Championships in WWE, as well as three in Impact Wrestling.
In the following video, Hardy is speaking backstage at one of his shows to Jared Myers, who posted the video. Hardy can be heard in the video saying “I am going to sign with AEW.”
Obviously, this has not been confirmed. However, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reported that Shane Strickland and Buddy Matthews would be signed alongside Jeff Hardy. Buddy Matthews debuted on this week’s episode of Dynamite.
