A few months back it was reported that Johnny Gargano’s WWE contract would soon be expiring.
On this week’s episode of NXT 2.0, we saw what looked like Johnny Gargano giving his farewell to WWE and the NXT brand. As of midnight, Gargano officially became a free agent and it looks he is not wasting any time getting back on the independent grind.
This morning, Johnny Gargano’s Pro Wrestling Tees store went back online and is officially open for business. Many of the shirt designs are older ones but it is almost certain that new ones will be up sometime soon.
On Tuesday, episode of NXT Gargano stated that the main thing he is worried about at the moment is the birth of his, and his wife Candice LaRae’s first child in February.
We will keep you updated if we hear anything more about Johnny Gargano’s wrestling status after officially becoming a free agent as of today.
