Mick Foley Helps Raise Over $22,000 For Jimmy Rave Via Highspots Virtual Auction

December 1, 2021

Aside from being known as a hardcore legend, Mick Foley is also known as one of the most kind-hearted people, and he is once again demonstrating this by coming to the aid of a fellow wrestler who has hit hard times.

Back in November of 2020, former Ring of Honor and Impact Wrestling star Jimmy Rave announced his retirement as a wrestler due to having his arm amputated. Then back in October Rave took to Twitter to reveal that he has also had to have both legs amputated following an MRSA infection this past June.

Well, Foley would team up with HighSpots Virtual Auction to help raise some money for Raves accumulated hospital bills and took to social media to release just how much was raised.

Hey everybody, it’s ‘The Hardcore Legend’ Mick Foley along with Michael, the Highspots impresario, and we’re just so grateful to everyone who contributed to our auction and signing tonight we raised over $22,000 to help Jimmy Rave out for his medical bills and living expenses. My heart is really full. I’m just so happy right now and thank you to all of you, who helped make it come true. Thank you. Have a nice day,” said Mick Foley, in a video he released on Twitter shortly after the live auction.

While this will surely help a lot, Rave is still in need of some more help, and if ur interested in contributing in any way, you can see ways to do that here.
