As reported yesterday, W.O.W. (Women of Wrestling) announced that former 3x WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee has signed on with the company for their anticipated 2022 reboot. In addition to providing commentary, Fightful Select has stated that she will also be serving as an executive producer.
AJ Lee retired from professional wrestling days after Wrestlemania 31 to focus on her health and family. In the time she’s been away, she has released an autobiography and has frequently work with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) as an ambassador, and co-written a few comics as well. Nary a peep regarding wrestling has been uttered from her until now.
