Road To Final Battle Match Recap: Shane Taylor Promotions Successfully Defends ROH World Six-Man Tag Title Against Violence Unlimited

December 11, 2021

Shane Taylor Promotions is heading into the Final Battle: End of an Era pay-per-view Saturday night with momentum.

STP (Taylor and Soldiers of Savagery’s Moses and Kaun) successfully defended their ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship against Violence Unlimited (Homicide, Chris Dickinson and Tony Deppen) in a Road To Final Battle match that was shown on YouTube on Thursday night.

Near the 12-minute mark, VU’s Brody King attacked STP’s O’Shay Edwards on the floor and then moved the announce table near the ring.

Homicide was preparing to put Taylor through the table, but Pure wrestlers Josh Woods, Rust Taylor and Rhett Titus moved the table away. Taylor then hit Welcome to the Land on Homicide for the win.

STP will put their belts on the line against The Righteous (Vincent, Bateman and Dutch) at the pay-per-view. STP will be represented by Edwards and SOS in the match, as Taylor is facing Kenny King in a Fight Without Honor that night.

VU (Brody King, Homicide and Deppen) will face Tracy Williams, Eli Isom and Taylor on Final Battle Hour One, which airs free at 7 p.m. ET on multiple platforms, including HonorClub, YouTube and Facebook.
