A few weeks ago it was reported that during a few Of Impact Television tapings, Sami Callihan performed a suicide dive during his September 18th match and he suffered a broken left ankle, broken tibia, and a broken tibia in the process.
Callihan uploaded a photo of his damaged ankle. It obviously shouldn’t look like that, and this is why he needed surgery to correct the damage.
After surgery, he was released from the hospital on September 21st. Now he is back home in Iowa and recovering from the pain. He is expected to miss a lot of action, but Sami Callihan will be back in 2022.
Callihan posted the picture with a caption of “it’s Probably fine” showing that even through adversity his spirits are still high. We hope for a speedy recovery for Sami and wish him the best.
