Earlier this year in June, Santana Garrett was released by the WWE and since then it has been discussed on her possible future in the wrestling business. Garrett did make an appearance on AEW Dark in one of the first tapings that the company held at Universal Studios, but this may have been a one-time thing.
Garrett was recently interviewed by Lucha Libre Online, where she discussed her future endeavors. Garrett revealed that she is keeping her options open. Garrett said that she has been in talks with a few different companies and has built good relationships with several promoters.
I’m talking to a few different companies. I’m not opposed to going somewhere I’ve already been. I feel like I’ve kept relationships up over the years with a lot these promoters that I’ve worked for. I’ve never left a company with ill will. Right now, I’m just keeping my options open. I have a few things coming up. Stay tuned people.”
It will be interesting to see where Garrett will eventually end up as she will be a great asset for any roster.
