As we have been reporting, there has been a lot of drama surrounding former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Sasha Banks and Bayley after they lost the belts at WrestleMania 35 to The IIconics.
It’s been said that Sasha Banks asked to be released from the company over the weekend, and earlier today to add more fuel to the fire she unfollowed Vince McMahon and WWE’s twitter accounts. Not to mention that she has recently began following the twitter accounts of AEW, Cody Rhodes, and Kenny Omega in addition to already following The Young Bucks. While Bayley has not been reported to have asked for her release from the company, it has been stated that she is extremely frustrated with the current situation in WWE. This could have been why she lost her match on RAW to Alexa Bliss, who was making her in-ring return, in such quick and one-sided fashion.
In a new report from Ryan Satin, it now appears as though Sasha Banks and Bayley were so unhappy about having to lose the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships that the two were very loudly and publicly letting it be known their feelings over the decision.
Satin states that Banks and Bayley were both seen laying on the floor of the locker room on Sunday, as well as outside the front of one of their hotel rooms, being very loud and publicly protesting and expressing their unhappiness in the company’s decision to have them drop the belts at WrestleMania.
Satin wrote:
“Heard from a few sources now saying Sasha Banks and Bayley were laying on the floor of the locker room on Sunday, and back at the hotel in front of one of their rooms, loudly making it known they were unhappy about losing the tag titles.”
The twitter account Wrestle Votes also stated that they had heard the same regarding Banks and Bayley, confirming Satin’s report.
