The Briscoes have had it out for FTR after being attacked at ROH’s Final Battle. Since then, the two tag teams have gone back and forth without any resolve.
Once AEW president Tony Khan made the announcement that he had purchased ROH, The Briscoes saw this as an opportunity to finally get redemption against FTR.
Following the announcement the Briscoes took to Twitter and asked Khan for a match with FTR.
Good shit @TonyKhan Now when do we get to wrestle FTR?
FTR has made it clear that they would love to step in the ring with The Briscoes, so we will have to see if this may make a match between the two teams inevitable.
