It had previously been reported that The Undertaker was in New York for WrestleMania Weekend, which fueled speculation that The Deadman might possible make an unannounced appearance on “the grandest stage of the all”. But WrestleMania can and went with no Undertaker.
On tonight’s episode of WWE Raw After Mania, Elias performed an in-ring segment reacting to last night’s WrestleMania interruption from “The Dr. of Thugonamics” John Cena. Then Elias made the comment “anyone who dares interrupt me is a DEADMAN.” This of course was a perfect set up for what followed..
Suddenly the familiar sound of the gong rang out throughout the arena freezing Elias in his tracks. Then out came The Undertaker who slowly made his way down to the ring. This lead to an in-ring beat down of Elias, as he was laid out with a big boot, chokeslam, and of course the tombstone. Takers music then played once more as he posed and slowly made his way out of the arena.
