OK, so Drake Maverick did technically pin Bobby Roode on Raw to notch his first victory under the WWE banner. And, yes, that does make him undefeated at 1-0. But did that merit an “inspirational” message from the 205 Live General Manager and handler to Raw Tag Team Champions AOP? That, of course, is entirely a matter of opinion, and there’s a decent chance you’ll find this PSA sufficiently motivating (provided you stop watching before the last couple of seconds).
I will be your inspiration.
I will be your beacon of light if you’re losing hope.

As far as we’re concerned, it’s definitely entertaining, even if Maverick (who, for what it’s worth, had a decorated in-ring career before he came to WWE in a front-office role) is overselling this particular accomplishment. As a point of order, though, we’d like to fact-check Maverick on one key point: He’s not the only undefeated Superstar on Raw. But we’d like to see what kind of video he posts after he gets in the ring with her.
