Most folks celebrate Star Wars Day by loafing on the couch like Jabba the Hutt while tweeting dated hot takes about the prequels. John Cena does things a little bit differently.

The 16-time World Champion showed off his Wookiee-like strength (without pulling anyone’s arm out of their socket) in a video posted to his Twitter account in recognition of May the 4th, which has been celebrated as Star Wars Day in recent years.
Donning a Darth Vader mask, Cena showed the squat rack who its father was by busting out a 530-pound lift — with a pause, which may or may not have been the result of a temporary force choke.
Cena certainly set some kind of record for Star Wars-related lifting. Now the only question is, how fast can he do the Kessel Run?
