Mr. McMahon pulled the rug out from Kofi Kingston once again at WWE Fastlane. After seemingly adding The Dreadlocked Dynamo back into the WWE Championship Match, then sending him to the ring while banning Big E & Xavier Woods from ringside, the WWE Chairman instead put Kingston into a 2-on-1 Handicap Match against Sheamus & Cesaro. Kingston was bulldozed by The Bar, and when Big E & Woods attempted to help their fellow New Day member, they were cut off by Rusev & Shinsuke Nakamura.
Monday afternoon, Kingston took to Twitter with a few words for Mr. McMahon:
I’m not sure what Vince was trying to accomplish last night, but one thing became very clear: He does not want to see me as WWE Champion.
After 11 years, I finally have your attention…and I’m not going away. See you Tuesday @VinceMcMahon ?
