If you’ve been waiting for a reason to get dressed up and head downtown, this is it. The Smith Center just pulled back the curtain on its 2026-2027 Toyota Broadway Las Vegas® Series with back-to-back bangers coming soon.

Whether you’re a fan of the classics or looking for the newest Tony-winners fresh off the plane from NYC, this season has a little bit of everything.

The Lineup

The schedule is packed with shows that have collectively hauled in 26 Tony Awards. Here’s the “can’t miss” list:

DISNEY’S BEAUTY AND THE BEAST”Tuesday, September 15 – Sunday, September 20, 2026

Be Our Guest at “Beauty and the Beast,” Disney’s first North American touring production of the beloved musical in over 25 years. This enchanting and timeless tale, filled with the romance and grandeur audiences know and love, has been brought to life like never before, with spectacular new sets and dazzling costumes.

The show boasts the Oscar®-winning and Tony Award®-nominated score, including the classic songs “Be Our Guest” and “Beauty and the Beast.” Reuniting to create this new production are members of the original Tony Award®-winning artistic team, including composer Alan Menken, lyricist Tim Rice and book writer Linda Woolverton, with direction and choreography by Matt West, scenic design by Stanley A. Meyer, costume design by Ann Hould-Ward and lighting design by Natasha Katz.

Beauty and the Beast is the beloved musical that will fill your heart with joy and Disney magic.

THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA” – Wednesday, October 21 – Sunday, November 1, 2026

The Phantom is back to thrill audiences once again. Cameron Mackintosh presents a revitalized new production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s legendary musical, “The Phantom of the Opera,” which was rapturously received by London critics when it reopened in 2021. The new North American tour features Björnson’s brilliant original design and based on the celebrated direction of Harold Prince, with musical staging and choreography by Gillian Lynne. Produced by Cameron Mackintosh with LW Entertainment.

Recommended for ages 8+.

ELF THE MUSICAL” – Tuesday, November 24 – Sunday, November 29, 2026

“Elf The Musical,” inspired by the hit film, is the hilarious and heartwarming tale of Buddy, a young orphan child whose life changes forever when he mistakenly crawls into Santa’s sack of toys one Christmas Eve. When he discovers he’s human, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father and, in turn, helps the Big Apple rediscover the true meaning of Christmas.

Recommended for ages 6+.

THE OUTSIDERS” – Tuesday, January 19 – Sunday, January 24, 2027

“The Outsiders,” winner of four 2024 Tony Awards® including Best Musical, is a classic coming-of-age story that takes you to Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1967, where Ponyboy Curtis, his best friend Johnny Cade and their family of Greaser “outsiders” dream about who they want to become in a world that will never accept them.

Recommended for ages 10+.

BUENA VISTA SOCIAL CLUB” – Tuesday, March 2 – Sunday, March 7, 2027

Step into the heart of Cuba, beyond the glitz of the Tropicana, to a place where blazing trumpets and sizzling guitars set the dance floor on fire. Here, the real sound of Havana is born – and one woman discovers the music that will change her life forever.

Inspired by true events, five-time Tony Award-winning musical “Buena Vista Social Club” brings the Grammy-winning album to thrilling life – and tells the story of the legends who lived it. A world-class band joins a sensational cast of musicians, actors and dancers from across the globe for an authentic experience unlike any you’ve seen or heard before.

BOOP!® THE MUSICAL” – Tuesday, May 11 – Sunday, May 16, 2027

For almost a century, the Betty Boop character has won hearts and inspired fans around the world with her trademark looks, voice and style. Now, in “Boop! The Musical,” Betty’s dream of an ordinary day off from super-celebrity in her black-and-white world leads to an adventure of color, music and love in New York City.

Tony Award®-winning director/choreographer Jerry Mitchell (“Kinky Boots,” “Hairspray,” “La Cage aux Folles”) brings Fleischer Studios’ Queen of the Screen to life with a score by celebrated multiple-Grammy® winner David Foster, lyrics by Tony Award nominee Susan Birkenhead and a book by Tony Award winner Bob Martin.

Recommended for ages 5+.

MAYBE HAPPY ENDING” – Tuesday, June 8 – Sunday, June 13, 2027

Winner of six Tony Awards, including Best Musical, “Maybe Happy Ending” tells the deeply human story of a chance encounter that sparks connection, adventure and maybe even love. Helmed by Tony®-winning director Michael Arden (Parade), “Maybe Happy Ending” has rave reviews.

Recommended for ages 8+.

SPECIAL PRESENTATION

OH, MARY!” – Tuesday, October 6 – Sunday, October 11, 2026

“Oh, Mary!” is a dark comedy play about a miserable, suffocated Mary Todd Lincoln in the weeks leading up to Abraham Lincoln’s assassination. Unrequited yearning, alcoholism and suppressed desires abound in this 80-minute one-act play that finally examines the forgotten life and dreams of Mrs. Lincoln, through the lens of an idiot (playwright Cole Escola).

“Oh, Mary!” received two Tony Awards including Best Direction of a Play (Sam Pinkleton), Drama League Awards for Outstanding Play and Outstanding Direction of a Play, as well as a special citation from the New York Drama Critics’ Circle. It was named a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.

While the main lineup is great, there’s a massive perk this year. Subscribers get first dibs on tickets for “OH, MARY!”. If you haven’t heard the buzz, it’s the dark comedy about Mary Todd Lincoln that has become the hottest ticket on Broadway. It’s hilarious, weird, and usually sold out, so priority access is a big deal.
