Disney and Pixar are back with another imaginative animated adventure — this time asking, what if we could communicate with animals as animals? A Wild Leap Into the Animal Kingdom
Set to hit theaters on March 6, 2026, Hoppers stars Piper Curda as Mabel — a passionate animal lover who agrees to try a revolutionary technology that lets humans “hop” their consciousness into lifelike robotic animals. Suddenly able to interact with animals on their own level, Mabel embarks on a whirlwind journey filled with discovery, danger, and lots of laughs.
The film is directed by Daniel Chong (We Bare Bears) and produced by Nicole Paradis Grindle, and also features voice performances by Bobby Moynihan and Jon Hamm.
According to Chong, “Hoppers is a wild, roller coaster ride of a movie, with all the heart you expect from a classic Pixar film.” It’s a high-concept comedy bursting with action, heart, and the kind of visual inventiveness that has made Pixar an animation powerhouse.
