There’s nowhere like home to return to Oz. Wicked: For Good is now officially available to buy or rent on digital platforms, giving fans immediate access to the epic conclusion of the untold story of the witches of Oz.
Following its historic theatrical run, Wicked: For Good is available exclusively on Digital starting December 30, with multiple versions of the film and an expansive slate of bonus content designed for longtime fans and first-time viewers alike. The film’s physical release on 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD arrives January 20, 2026, and is available to pre-order now from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment.

Fans can experience Wicked: For Good at home with two versions of the film, including an exclusive feature-length sing-along edition, allowing audiences to fully immerse themselves in Elphaba and Glinda’s journey through music.
The digital release also includes over one hour of bonus content, highlighted by a 50-plus minute making-of feature that offers an intimate look at how Oz was brought to life. Featuring Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, and the creative team, the behind-the-scenes content explores the emotional performances, ambitious production design, and the challenge of filming the two-part adaptation.

After debuting at number one worldwide and earning a record-breaking $223 million opening, Wicked: For Good became the biggest opening ever for a Broadway musical adaptation. The film went on to earn an “A” CinemaScore and a Verified Hot 95 percent audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, reinforcing its status as a cultural moment.
Directed by Jon M. Chu, the film continues the story of Elphaba and Glinda as they face the consequences of their choices. Elphaba, now labeled the Wicked Witch of the West, lives in exile while continuing her fight against the Wizard. Glinda, elevated as the symbol of Goodness, must reckon with the cost of power, popularity, and perception. When fate brings them together again, both women must confront who they’ve become and what it means to truly see one another.
