Interview with Sophie Jane Oliver, Bess from the new movie 'Shortcut" – Born in April of 2004, Sophie lives in Swansea, Wales with her Mum and Dad. Acting roles include: 'Team Captain' on CBBC's The Dog Ate My Homework (2014) but, she is probably best known for playing the character of 'Bess' in Shortcut (2020). Sophie is working on a selection of musical theater and Stage productions including Shakespeare's Twelfth Night and Macbeth. Sophie is a trained dancer and particularly enjoys contemporary and street dance. She also sings and plays piano.
