Matt and Jeff Hardy join forces for the first time in 7 years as they challenge Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers for the TNA World Tag Team Championship! This match came about after Matt Hardy pinned Eddie Edwards during a tag team showdown that also involved Rebecca Hardy and Alisha Edwards on iMPACT. Can Matt and Jeff Hardy reclaim their spot at the top of the tag team mountain? Or will Edwards and Myers continue to assert dominance in the name of The System? Whoever comes out on top will have to defend the titles just two days later at Slammiversary against another pair of former champions, ABC.
Just 48 hours before the epic 6-Way Elimination match for the TNA World Championship at Slammiversary, Moose, Nic Nemeth, Joe Hendry, Steve Maclin, Frankie Kazarian and Josh Alexander will sign on the dotted line during the Slammiversary Main Event contract signing. This Thursday, the entire No Quarter Catch Crew is headed to TNA iMPACT! as Charlie Dempsey, Myles Borne and Tavion Heights battle Zachary Wentz, Trey Miguel and KUSHIDA in six-man tag team action. Which team will reign supreme?
Revenge is in the air this Thursday as Mike Santana goes one-on-one with JDC. Recently on TNA iMPACT!, JDC screwed Santana out of a spot in the TNA World Title 6-Way Elimination match at Slammiversary. JDC would send Santana crashing into the steel ring post, allowing Frankie Kazarian to score the victory via countout. As JDC looks to earn his way into The System, a vengeful Santana will stop at nothing to stand tall.
Last week, Xia Brookside told Gia Miller that she would’ve defeated Masha Slamovich recently on TNA iMPACT! if it weren’t for the involvement of Alisha Edwards. Now, Brookside will have an opportunity to even the score with the reigning Knockouts World Tag Team Champions, when she goes one-on-one with Alisha Edwards this Thursday. Meanwhile, Alisha will look to build momentum for her team ahead of their Knockouts World Tag Team Title defense against former champions Spitfire on Countdown to Slammiversary.
