Joe Coffey def. Keanu Carver
Doing nothing to hide his utter disdain for his rookie opponent prior to the opening bell, Joe Coffey received a rude awakening from a fired-up Keanu Carver, who immediately pancaked him with a shoulder block.
Back from a debilitating injury that kept him out of action for four-and-a-half months, Carver unleashed his aggression on his veteran opponent, nearly driving him through the canvas with a ring-shaking fallaway slam.
Ever the resourceful veteran, Coffey countered the hard-charging Carver with a boot to the chin and followed up with a Glasgow Sendoff and All the Best for the Bells to seal the win.
Lainey Reid def. Kendal Grey
After sneering at Kendal Grey from the moment her opponent bounded to the ring, Lainey Reid spent the majority of the match talking trash and landed a series of menacing chops before mockingly asking Grey if she was okay.
Grey struck back with a picture-perfect northern lights suplex and an overhead suplex, but Reid flung her opponent throat-first into the bottom rope and landed a vicious knee strike for the three-count.
Reid continued her attack after the match, resulting in a six-Superstar brawl that pitted Grey, Carlee Bright and Layla Diggs against Reid, Kali Armstrong and Wendy Choo. After a flurry of high-impact moves from all six Superstars, the former trio chucked their foes from the ring and stood tall as NXT Level Up concluded.
