Dion Lennox def. Jasper Troy
Jasper Troy doesn’t often find himself at a height and weight disadvantage, though that was indeed the case when he hit the ring for a titanic clash with the menacing Jasper Troy.
Each competitor stuck with what brought them to the dance, employing a hard-hitting power game that included Lennox going sky high for a dropkick to the face and Troy shaking the ring by dropping his opponent with a sidewalk slam.
At a critical juncture, Lennox showcased his quickness by dodging the hard-charging Troy, who crashed shoulder-first into the ring post. Seconds later, Lennox landed a modified Jackhammer for the three-count.
Lainey Reid def. Layla Diggs
Sparked by Lainey Reid cheating her way to a victory over Layla Diggs by using the ropes for leverage in October, Layla Diggs came out swinging for her main event bout against her newfound rival.
Diggs, who holds a tag team win over Reid and Kali Armstrong alongside Tyra Mae Steele, shook off Reid’s early onslaught by overwhelming her foe with a powerslam and a standing moonsault for a two-count.
After the official caught her once again holding the ropes for leverage during a pin attempt, Reid threw a chop block to Diggs and followed up with a menacing and decisive knee strike.
