Though Brock Lesnar has a Universal Title to defend against Finn Bálor at WWE Royal Rumble, it didn’t stop his advocate, Paul Heyman, from recently taking to Twitter to praise Team India cricket player Mahendra Singh Dhoni, or to call out the Cricket World Cup for “borrowing” the catchphrase Heyman uses for his client.
My most (in)sincere compliments to @cricketworldcup for promoting the amazing @msdhoni by paraphrasing my mantra for @WWE #UniversalChampion @BrockLesnar #EatSleepConquerRepeat. Our royalties may be paid in cash, check, stock or cryptocurrency. https://t.co/sGtIALzso1

Following Heyman’s royalty demands, representatives from the International Cricket Council offered the advocate and his client tickets to attend the Cricket World Cup. Heyman didn’t seem opposed to the offer, though his response strongly implied that doing so meant that he and Lesnar were entitled to even further compensation.
. @cricketworldcup
Thank you for your interest in expanding your global audience even further by exploiting the fame/notoriety of #YourHumbleAdvocate and the reigning defending undisputed @WWE Universal Champion @BrockLesnar. I look forward to your 8 figure appearance fee offer. https://t.co/4GLsTDt2Zf— Paul Heyman (@HeymanHustle) January 21, 2019
Whether or not the “reigning, defending, undisputed Universal Champion” and his “humble advocate” will attend the Cricket World Cup remains to be seen. For now, the WWE Universe in India has simply enjoyed following the exchanges between both parties, and in voting on Twitter (@WWEIndia) about whether or not they’d like to see MS Dhoni as a surprise Men’s Royal Rumble Match entrant.
– Countdown to 1️⃣0️⃣
– Cue the music ?
– Surprise entry to the rumble… @msdhoniIndia, do you want to see our very own Mahi enter the #RoyalRumble match this Monday?
