ROH World Tag Team Title Match: Champions Chris Dickinson & Homicide of Violence Unlimited vs. Dragon Lee & Kenny King of La Faccion Ingobernable
(45-minute time limit)
King and Lee isolated Homicide. After King missed a springboard legdrop, Homicide tagged Dickinson, and Dickinson came in with a head of steam. Dickinson applied a cross-armbreaker on Lee, but Lee managed to shift his weight into a pinning combination for a two count. Dickinson planted Lee with a Death Valley Driver for a near fall. Homicide hit a cutter on King and covered him, but Lee drove Dickinson on top of them to break up the pin.
King answered with a double underhook powerbomb on Homicide for a near fall. Lee hit a suicide dive on Dickinson and tossed him back in the ring. King hit Royal Flush on Dickinson for a near fall. Lee hit Incinerator on Dickinson to win the match and the title in 14:08.
This is the second reign for King and Lee, who technically never lost the title. When Lee was injured and unable to compete in his and King’s scheduled title defense in March against The Foundation’s Tracy Williams and Rhett Titus, his father, Bestia del Ring, took his place, and Bestia and King lost.
Lee is now a double champion for the second time.
