Shane Thorne is at it again.
For a second week in a row, the audacious Aussie has caused a stir at the WWE Performance Center by confronting a Superstar involved in the NXT Breakout Tournament.
As first seen on the NXT Instagram account, Thorne offered to show tournament competitor Jordan Myles some tips inside the ring as Myles sparred with Jeff Parker. The offer was quickly revealed to be a ruse, however, and just another opportunity for Thorne to ridicule a Breakout Tournament Superstar.
Thorne has railed against the tournament on the grounds that it’s giving opportunity to newcomers that he says are undeserving. Last week, he confronted Isaiah “Swerve” Scott in the WWE Performance Center’s weight room.
“My issue with the concept is that it’s taking TV time away from far more exciting and talented people who have been waiting longer,” he told WWE.com on Thursday. “People such as myself.”
