After 20 long years, the return of Halloween Havoc on NXT proved to be beyond worth the wait.
The Superstars of the black-and-gold brand delivered a night full of unforgettable tricks and treats. From Johnny Gargano’s dubious North American Championship victory to Dexter Lumis’ chilling pursuit of Cameron Grimes in an unbelievable Haunted House of Terror Match, and Io Shirai and Candice LeRae’s spectacular Tables, Ladders and Scares Match, we won’t soon forget the scariest night of the year in sports-entertainment.
Many both in NXT and around WWE took to Twitter to weigh in on the incredible events.
The incredible action of #HalloweenHavoc was aided by a BREAKOUT performance by our host, @ShotziWWE. A bright star with even bigger ⭐️ potential! #WeAreNXT @WWENXT pic.twitter.com/Jd3tJerBUE

And who could forget a special appearance by Michael “P.S.” Hayes? While Grimes had a night he’d like to soon forget, Hayes treated the NXT Universe to a cameo straight out of Badstreet U.S.A.
