Who is the most dominant trio in WWE? We may get an answer on Friday Night SmackDown as The New Day will take on The O.C. in Six-Man Tag Team action.
The O.C. have ran roughshod on Raw since reuniting in shocking fashion this past summer. With chemistry forged over years of experience competing around the world together and a recently heightened level of aggression, the trio of United States Champion AJ Styles, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson appears as dangerous as ever.
Of course, The New Day have served as the gold standard for factions in WWE since forming five years ago. The six-time Tag Team Champions normally wouldn’t have much left to prove, but the group’s first action since Kofi Kingston lost the WWE Championship to Brock Lesnar last week figures to be a serious gut check.
