Vader revealed via Twitter that he will be undergoing heart surgery today. He sent out the following tweet Monday night:
Going in the hospital in the Am for heart surgery wish me luck and my Dr a good night’s rest

As previously reported, Vader announced back in November of 2016 that he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure due to his football and wrestling careers. Doctors told him that he only had two years to live.
