While training today at Miami’s Barry University for their Intercontinental Champions Cup matchup with Real Madrid at Hard Rock Stadium this Tuesday, world-renowned football club Manchester United received a visit from several WWE Superstars.
Before heading to Miami’s American Airlines Arena for Monday Night Raw, Drew McIntyre, Titus O’Neil, Apollo Crews, Dana Brooke and Mike Rome dropped in on manager Jose Mourinho and his Red Devils, who are getting ready for their final ICC game in the U.S. before the start of the 2018-19 Premier League campaign. Both sides exchanged pleasantries and mutual admiration before the club graciously presented the Superstars with new United jerseys.
Though Tuesday’s match against the three-time defending Champions League winners won’t be easy, Man U and its players still took time to express how much they enjoyed the meeting on social media. WWE’s Superstars did likewise, with some demonstrating particularly good footy skills.
It was great to welcome some @WWE superstars to training today!
We hope our lads taught you a few tricks! ? #MUFC #MUTOUR pic.twitter.com/JnsUomJJI0

Hopefully, the Superstars and the players will be united once more when Raw and SmackDown LIVE return to Manchester this November.
