NXT’s Ethan Page addressed his opponents in the TNA World Championship match at Rebellion, Joe Hendry and Frankie Kazarian! Page declared victory on April 27th before he was interrupted by Kazarian! The self-proclaimed King of TNA fired back and vowed to leave Rebellion as champion. Director of Authority Santino Marella announced that Joe Hendry will defend the title if he is medically cleared – and we will from the champ later tonight.

During an interview with Gia Miller, Steve Maclin told Eric Young to stay out of his business.

The Great Hands caused a distraction, allowing Ali to take control at the opening bell. Minutes later, Austin retaliated as he took out The Great Hands at ringside. A frustrated Ali attacked Austin with a chair, causing the disqualification!

Mike Santana took John Skyler on a joyride.

X-Division Champion Moose was the first member of The System out to prove himself tonight, as mandated by Eddie Edwards. The System offered Cody Deaner an opportunity to become their lackey. Deaner asked the people, but they said no. Deaner wants an X-Division Title shot – a confident Moose will give him one if he can last two minutes! Moose had the match won but chose to add insult to injury. Deaner evaded Moose to run out the clock – this is now an X-Division Title match!

Moose quickly put Deaner away with the Spear.

The Rascalz, with baseball bats in-hand, prevented The System from doing further damage to Deaner! Their match is next.

It was time for JDC and Brian Myers to prove themselves in tag team action against The Rascalz! The action was fast and furious as both teams exchanged offense. Wentz quickened the pace against Myers but it wasn’t enough! The Rascalz dove through the ropes to take out The System on the floor. Myers pinned Miguel with some help from JDC to steal the victory.

Whoever does not get pinned in the three-way final of the TNA International Championship Tournament will face the inaugural champion in a singles match at Rebellion.

The TNA International Championship Tournament kicked off in first round action. Callihan went after Warner’s eye with a hook! Callihan delivered a pair of sick papercuts to both Warner and Francis. Callihan and Warner faced off with steel chairs but Francis was there to pick the bones! Callihan dropped Warner onto a steel chair. Francis blindsided Callihan with a spear to advance to the final.

Sami Callihan has his wish granted by Santino Marella – he will face Mance Warner in Barbed Wire Massacre at Unbreakable!

Leon Slater was out for revenge on behalf of The Hardys! Ryan mocked Matt and Jeff before dropping down hard on Slater. Moments later, Slater soared over the top to collide with Ryan on the outside. Ryan was about to steel chair but he was stopped by The Hardys! Slater capitalized, putting Ryan away with the Swanton 450.

Mike Santana played mind games with John Skyler!

Then it was time for Eddie Edwards to put his money where his mouth is and prove himself against Steve Maclin! Alisha Edwards got involved at ringside, which allowed Eddie to gain control with a Blue Thunder Bomb. Maclin began to fight back and picked Eddie off the top rope. Eddie was Caught in the Crosshairs! The System made their way to ringside, but so did The Northern Armory. Eddie clobbered Maclin with The System ring, followed by the Boston Knee Party to win.
