Episode Synopsis:
Episode 401 “Department of Dirty Tricks”
The Boys follow Sage to the conspiracy theory convention, TruthCon, to find out why she’s meeting with a bombastic Supe named Firecracker who has a vendetta against Starlight. Meanwhile, Ryan gets his first public (but staged) save, stopping some bank robbers — but it goes tragically off script when Homelander shows up to take the spotlight from his son. Hughie is furious when he learns that his mother has power-of-attorney over his father, awakening painful memories of the day she abandoned him. Annie reluctantly steps back into the role of Starlight to give hope to her supporters in the wake of Homelander’s acquittal. And after Butcher finally reveals his terminal prognosis to The Boys, Mother’s Milk fires him from the team for keeping it secret for so long, fed up with Butcher’s lies.
Episode 402 “Life Among the Septics”
Homelander inducts two new members into The Seven: Sage and Firecracker. And as part of the personnel changes, Sage will effectively become Vought’s CEO, relegating Ashley to the role of corporate mascot. Meanwhile, Butcher and his old war comrade and CIA contact, Joe Kessler, hatch a plan to bring Ryan to their side in the fight against Homelander. Annie confronts Firecracker over her anti-Starlight rhetoric, but Firecracker gives Annie a painful reminder about her own past. The Deep makes a romantic connection with someone surprising. Mother’s Milk recruits an important new source for intel at Vought. Frenchie gets high to cope with the guilt of lying to Colin, while he accompanies Kimiko on a mission to confront demons of her own. And we get into the Christmas spirit with the spectacular ice-skating musical, Vought on Ice!
Episode 403 “We’ll Keep The Red Flag Flying Here”
It’s the premiere of Firecracker’s new Vought News show, THE TRUTHBOMB, broadcasting live, right across the street from Starlight House. And Firecracker’s hateful lies and public attacks finally push Annie to her breaking point, costing Annie her credibility and a powerful new ally. Meanwhile, it’s all-hands-on-deck after The Boys learn of Homelander’s horrifying plans for the future. Hughie makes a desperate attempt to save his father from dying, which leads to the first ever Hughie and Kimiko team-up! Frenchie can’t stand the guilt of lying to Colin any longer and reveals the shocking truth about his past. And Homelander, seeking to rid himself of his humanity once and for all, pays a horrifying visit to the place he grew up.
Series Synopsis:
The world is on the brink. Victoria Neuman is closer than ever to the Oval Office and under the muscly thumb of Homelander, who is consolidating his power.
