EPISODE DESCRIPTION: A breakthrough with the case reveals the name of the one remaining serial-killing vigilante: Luz. Cross and Kayla pay Luz a visit and attempt to convince her that true justice is only possible through the American legal system. Cross and Luz connect and she offers to turn herself in—provided that Cross meets her at a specific time and place. Kayla thinks it’s a trap, but Cross feels it’s worth the risk. Meanwhile, Sampson discovers a piece of evidence that turns his investigation on its head.
