Cody Deaner has one final opportunity to retain his spot on the TNA roster – but it won’t be easy.
A win means everything in TNA – and a loss means even more. Cody Deaner has struggled to build momentum over the last year and, as a result, TNA management had opted not to renew his contract when it expired on May 1st.
Deaner scratched and clawed for opportunities to prove himself, but continued to fail. Just as he was saying his goodbyes on iMPACT! LIVE, Deaner was granted one final opportunity by Director of Authority Santino Marella. At Under Siege, Deaner will battle a former TNA World Champion in Eddie Edwards – and if he can win, he may just prove to the Board of Directors that he deserves to stay in TNA.
