Tommy is offered a profitable solution, from an unlikely source, that may be the answer to his troubles. Intrigued and wanting to know more, Tommy is informed he must first address a problem threatening the new venture before it begins. Meanwhile, a vengeful leader from an old crew arrives in Chicago searching for Tommy to reclaim what is rightfully his. Tommy devises a plan to eliminate the threat and gain control.
