The Young Bucks just won the AEW Tag Team Titles at Full Gear, and earlier today it looked like the duo had a match scheduled for Dynamite against standout Midwestern tag team Top Flight, but it looks like those plans are off the table.
Earlier today, AEW announced the match where Nick & Matt Jackson would face Air Wolf and Angel Dorado, but then announced the match was pulled and is “under consideration for a future date” according to the Wrestling Observer. No other reason was given for the match being pulled other than it was announced prematurely.
AEW is still trying to stack the show for Wednesday night, however. They did announce Shawn Spears vs. Scorpio Sky for Wednesday night, a make good on last week. If you recall, Sky was pulled from the show due to potential exposure to COVID-19.
Top Flight will still be on AEW this week, as they will be featured tomorrow on AEW Dark.
