Alexa Bliss suffered multiple concussions in a short span of time last year and had to take time off to recuperate. She made her in-ring return at the Royal Rumble but hasn’t competed in a single’s match since, which worried fans.
This was made more serious by Dave Meltzer’s report that she is once again injured. Bliss reacted to this report and denied any injury.

While it is unknown why she hasn’t competed in a match yet, at least it isn’t due to her being injured.
