Across the 16 and a half year history of IMPACT Wrestling there have been countless memorable matches and moments. Every week here on IMPACTWrestling.com we’ll take you on a trip down memory lane to revisit some of the anniversaries of them.

February 4 – On NWA-TNA PPV #80, the legendary Terry Funk made his debut teaming with The Sandman vs. The Gathering. Dustin Rhodes made his TNA debut as he faced Jeff Jarrett in the main event, while AJ Styles and Abyss defeated The Red Shirt Security to win the NWA World Tag Team Titles.

In 2005, Monty Brown and DDP teamed to defeat The Naturals in the iMPACT! main event.

February 5 – Tenacious Z (Zach Gowen) made his debut as he defeated BG James on NWA-TNA PPV #31. After a controversial conclusion to the Triple X vs. Disciples of the New Church, the NWA World Tag Team Titles were held vacant.

February 8 – Against All Odds took place in 2009 as Sting defeated Brother Devon, Brother Ray, and Kurt Angle to retain the IMPACT World Championship in the main event. Scott Steiner defeated his former apprentice Petey Williams earlier in the show.

February 9 – In 2016, Kurt Angle battled Drew Galloway in Manchester on Angle’s IMPACT farewell tour while EC3 returned to cause chaos for Matt Hardy on IMPACT.

Davey Richards shocked everybody and betrayed his longtime tag team partner Eddie Edwards, costing him his World Championship rematch on IMPACT in 2017. The Hardys teleported to Tijuana earlier in the show.

February 10 – Against All Odds 2008 emanated from Greenville, South Carolina as Abyss defeated Judas Mesias in the second Barbed Wire Massacre match. Kurt Angle retained the IMPACT World Championship against Christian Cage in the main event, while The Motor City Machine Guns teamed with Jay Lethal to defeat Team 3D and Johnny Devine in a Street Fight.
