WWE has had to make a lot of changes with production do to the pandemic surrounding the worldwide covid-19 outbreak. The company has been filming as much TV for their three main brands as possible, but had to suspend a lot of their operations, including NXT UK.
This means that the NXT UK TakeOver: Dublin event has been postponed and rescheduled for October 25th, in hopes that things are “back to normal” by then.
WWE RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch recently spoke to the Irish Mirror, and talked about her desire to participate in the NXT UK TakeOver: Dublin event. Lynch says that she has already put in her request to be a part of the event.
“I would love to (be involved at NXT UK TakeOver: Dublin). The request was already put in… on my end anyway.”
We will keep you updated if we hear anything about Becky Lynch, and or NXT TakeOver: Dublin.
