Can Akira Tozawa stop the rage of Gallagher, Kendrick and Gulak?

The Brian Kendrick vs. Local competitor: WWE 205 Live, Sept. 26, 2018

The Brian Kendrick turns in a dominant performance in his return to action against a local competitor before Drew Gulak lets out his frustrations from losing his second WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match.

Last week, The Brian Kendrick returned to action after being temporarily sidelined following a brutal battle with his longtime nemesis and former WWE Cruiserweight Champion, Akira Tozawa. In his return, he immediately leveled his opponent, a local competitor, and applied the Captain’s Hook for a swift victory. After the match, Drew Gulak unleashed his own rage on Kendrick’s vanquished opponent, clearly still seething after losing to WWE Cruiserweight Champion Cedric Alexander in a title bout a week prior.

Nevertheless, the palpable aggression of Gulak, Kendrick and Gallagher has only increased since the trio attacked Tozawa and Colin Delaney after SummerSlam when Gulak demanded another championship opportunity.

Tonight Tozawa has another opportunity reduce the crew’s boiling anger to a simmer when he battles Gentleman Jack Gallagher. However, The Stamina Monster will no doubt need to keep an eye on Gulak and Kendrick if he hopes to secure victory and leave the ring safely.
