Sydal also doesn’t waste motions, moves or movements. It comes with years of competing and Dezmond Xavier will get there, but Sydal is now teaching a masters class.
Sydal will a single leg on Dezmond Xavier. The best way to stop a high-flyer is keeping the match on the canvas.
