Just a week after it was reported that WWE talent and staff have tested positive for COVID-19, PWinsider.com is now reporting that there were additional talents and staff members who tested positive throughout Wednesday. Those people have not been identified. A number of talent was contacted so that they can get tested out of caution.
WWE still has plans to go forward with the post-Christmas tour as of Wednesday. It was reported that there has been a lot of phone calls being made and “a lot of running around” as the company tries to stay ahead of the situation.
According to a report earlier this week, WWE is looking at possibly moving back to the Thunderdome if they are unable to tour due to any shutdowns or mandates that may be put in place as the new Omicron Variant continues spreading.
