A can’t-miss edition of NXT UK will witness Roderick Strong challenging Ilja Dragunov for the NXT UK Championship, Wild Boar throwing down with former partner Primate, and Wolfgang bringing the brutality for his battle with Charlie Dempsey.
After defeating Wolfgang in his first NXT UK match, The Messiah of the Backbreaker immediately targeted the biggest fish in the pond: the NXT UK Champion.
The former NXT Cruiserweight Champion and NXT North American Champion certainly has the resume to deserve a title bout, but dethroning Dragunov is arguably the toughest challenge of Strong’s career.
Since doing the impossible and dethroning Gunther in an instant classic in August, Dragunov has dug deep to win several grizzly title fights against A-Kid, Rampage Brown, Jordan Devlin and Nathan Frazer.
Faced with an unfamiliar challenger, can Dragunov turn back The Messiah of the Backbreaker, or will Strong take his place atop the NXT UK mountain mere weeks after arriving?
And in a highly personal contest, Wild Boar will take on Primate with the caveat that a victory would allow Boar to have a one-on-one match with the underhanded Eddie Dennis, who heartlessly booted Boar from Symbiosis nearly a year ago.

Finally, Wolfgang will attempt to get Gallus back on track when he tangles with Dempsey, an old-school grappler who is undefeated in NXT UK and has showed a chilling new mean streak ever since aligning with Teoman and Rohan Raja.
