When Eddie Edwards went to House of Hardcore in Philadelphia to confront Tommy Dreamer, it set off a series of events. First, Eddie has lost his mind, we all know that. In his warped and twisted mind, Eddie Edwards believes that Tommy Dreamer is romantically involved with his wife, Alisha Edwards. See, Eddie hasn’t heard from Alisha, she has left their home, she is returning his calls and she has all but disappeared.
Eddie Edwards went to Philly, went to the Arena and attacked Tommy Dreamer, leaving the Hardcore Legend a bloody mess.
Tommy responded earlier tonight on IMPACT and the match between the two is official. It will be House of Hardcore Rules between Tommy Dreamer and Eddie Edwards on July 22nd at Slammiversary. Anything goes. There are no rules. It is how Tommy has competed his entire career and it is the new Eddie Edwards. This will be a violent war.
